Sherwood Scuba sells a defective BC. It is not up-to-code and doesn't provide customers with the necessary contact information to fix the problem. Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader had a problem in his BC. He sent Sherwood two emails and completed its "Contact Us” form. However, he was unable to receive an answer. Sherwood's website does not list a physical address. He finally wrote a certified letter to the Irvine (California) address on the company brochures. However, he received the return address of his letter without forwarding it.
