Programs offered by ERDI
ERDI's Programs are a great way to help international students further their education in their home country. For example, students at the University of Eastern Finland are able to take ERDI courses while studying in Finland. The programs will improve intercultural communication between the participating countries as well as address global environmental problems. ERDI courses were planned and taught by teachers from both the US and Canada. Both students and teachers can benefit from the multicultural teaching environment.
ERDI's Testifying in Court Program will provide students with insight into criminal legal processes and the court system. The course will give students a deeper understanding of the court system and how to present their testimony.
Underwater Crime Scene Investigations program
ERDI Underwater Crime Scene Investigation is designed to assist law enforcement officers in acquiring the skills and knowledge required to conduct underwater crime scene investigations. Participants will learn how to gather evidence, document the scene and give court-ready testimony. This course is open to all law enforcement officers and emergency service personnel.
Instructors who have extensive experience in forensic investigations will be teaching the course. They are certified and experienced in underwater crime scene investigation. They have extensive criminal justice and law enforcement experience. They have advanced knowledge in crime scene investigation. They will train law enforcement and public safety professionals from around the world.

Confined Space Diving Ops component
In this ERDI component, students develop knowledge and skills that will enable them to safely perform limited confined space operations. This training is in compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA regulations, and FEMA regulations about water rescue. Students will be able respond to various emergencies in cramped spaces. They will also learn how to disinfect victims and conduct an exhaustive search for evidence.
