Sherwood Scuba manufactures a defective BC. The BC is not up to code, and the company does not provide contact information for customers to solve the problem. Thomas Cranmer from Undercurrent had a problem when he received his BC. Thomas emailed Sherwood twice. He filled out the "Contact Us Form" but was not able get an answer. Sherwood does not have a physical address. He finally sent a certified mail to the Irvine, California address listed in the company's brochures. But that letter was returned without a forwarding address.
