The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue course teaches you how to respond to emergency situations when diving. The course includes classroom instruction as well hands-on training for emergency situations. This program was created for children between 6 and 11 years. The program is intended to reduce stress levels and make the experience safe and enjoyable for children. Children will learn how to act and freedive underwater, as well as how to play mermaid. SSI is proud of the program and hopes to inspire more young people.
