Sherwood Scuba makes a defective BC that is not up to code and does not provide the contact information customers need to resolve the issue. Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader had a problem in his BC. He sent Sherwood two emails and completed its "Contact Us” form. However, he was unable to receive an answer. Sherwood does not have a physical address. He sent a signed letter to the Irvine address in California. But that letter was returned without a forwarding address.
