Maxwel Hohn has more than 4000 diving experience and is a skilled adventurer, photographer, and filmmaker. He lives on Vancouver Island in British Columbia and enjoys exploring the coastline and underwater life there. Hollis Scuba gear is used to help him improve his skills and aid in his projects.
Bob Hollis
Bob Hollis is a pioneer in the scuba diving industry, a local legend and a member of the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame. In the late 1950s, Hollis started scuba diving and began to take up underwater photography. This hobby required special equipment. Hollis' engineering degree allowed him to design his own housings for underwater camera. In 1965, Hollis opened an underwater camera store called Anchor Shack in Hayward, California. He began to receive mail orders for his housings.
Oceanic
The Hollis Scuba Oceanic name is one of the most well-known in scuba dive. The company was founded in 1972 by Bob Hollis and has since been synonymous with high quality diving equipment. The company produces rebreathers, diving computers, and novel diving masks featuring heads-up displays. They also helped develop military diving equipment, such as the MK-25 which is used by US Navy frogmen, and other naval work divers.

Recalled dive computers
Divers could drown from the Hollis Scuba recalled dive computers. The recalled dive computers have a faulty air flow control system that could cause the diver to lose control of their breathing underwater. These dive computers were sold between November 2010 and July 2012 for approximately $1200. The factory can repair or replace the damaged units by returning them to the dealer.

Hollis Scuba Warranty helps protect your investment and ensures the equipment meets your expectations. You can use it for recreational diving, provided you maintain it well. Hollis can exchange your equipment or provide a refund if there are any problems. However, this warranty does not cover shipping and handling costs. Also, your warranty will not apply if you use the equipment for military or other commercial purposes.
