If you want to learn how to freedive, you can take a freediving course. There are many courses available for professionals and amateurs alike. A freediving program can be the best option. There are many freediving courses, including the PADI Advanced Freediver Course, NAUI Basic Course, SSI Basic Course, and Molchanovs Freediving Course.

PADI Advanced Freediver course

PADI Advanced is a great place to learn more about freediving. You will learn how to perform longer dives while maintaining your apnea. This course will teach you how to rescue a freediver if necessary.

Once you have successfully completed the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you will be eligible to take the Instructor course. This is the next stage in your freediving career. This course will teach you how to maintain a static breathing hold for three minutes and 30 seconds, as well as a dynamic hold for 70 meters. The course also teaches you how to manage buoys and ropes, mouth fill, and no-fins divers. During the course, you will have the chance to help an instructor.

NAUI Basic Freediver Course

The NAUI Basic Freediver course is for those who want to learn how to free dive and improve their free diving skills. It is a four-hour course that combines classroom discussion and pool time. This course will cover the basics of freediving including the physics, physiology and mechanics. It also covers proper breathing techniques and equalization for deep diving. At least 12 years of age and good swimming skills are required.


Before enrolling for a more advanced course in freediving, you must have at most a few years of experience. This course will provide you with the fundamentals you need and prepare you to take on more advanced training. Once you've completed the course, you can go on to become a PADI Freediver. A buddy can also freedive in an ocean or pool with you.

SSI Basic Freediver course

The SSI Freediver Basic Course will teach you the fundamental skills needed to dive in the ocean. It combines classroom training and water practice. This program includes one open water session and two pool sessions. You'll be certified as a SSI Basic Freediver at the completion of the course.

The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you how to swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT, freedive 20m, do simulated blackouts, and swim to surface. It will also give you the skills and knowledge you need to dive to 40 meters or deeper. SSI offers certification programs that can be recognized around the world. This certification allows you to dive in any ocean. The SSI Freediver Basic Courses are a good way to get your feet wet and test out whether you like freediving.

molchanovs Freediving Course

The Molchanovs freediving course will take you from beginner to competitive freediver. They offer four levels of open water courses, as well as a Lap course that will train you for freediving in a pool, without the need to enter the water at a great depth. Once you complete the course, you can go on to the Wave course. This will teach you how safe to freedive in open waters.
